Hello, I'm Bharath Kumar Arekapudi, a Mental Health Coach with over two decades of corporate experience in various sectors. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face on a day-to-day basis, whether it's in the workplace or in their personal lives.
I've personally experienced the impact that major life events like layoffs and loss of loved ones can have on an individual. I've been laid off three times in my career, and I know firsthand the feelings of anxiety, stress, and uncertainty that come with it. Additionally, I've experienced the profound grief that comes with losing a family member, and I understand the emotional toll that can take on a person.
My personal experiences have taught me the importance of developing empathy and understanding for each individual's unique circumstances. I believe that everyone's experiences are different, and I'm committed to listening to your unique story and working with you to develop a personalized approach to mental health. I'm able to connect with my clients emotionally and provide a safe and supportive space where they can share their feelings and work through their challenges.
As a Mental Health Coach, I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that the mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected. I'll work with you to identify the root causes of any issues you're experiencing and develop a personalized plan to address them. While my formal education is not in psychology or counseling, I've completed numerous workshops and training programs on topics such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and stress management.
